A brand new local band with veteran musos, The Blues Accelerators play a mix of blues, jump blues, swing, rock, soul, and whatever else they can pump up in tempo and energize with a lively sax section. The band is comprised of a guitarist/vocalist, bass, drums, a horn section with baritone, tenor, and alto saxophones. Both the lineup and the song selection, including tunes rarely heard in Canberra, make this band truly unique and a whole lotta fun. Join us for a couple hours of song and dance upstairs at Smiths.
