Thando is a singer songwriter who discovered her love for R&B in the suburbs of Melbourne. After relocating from Canberra in 2011,Thando has played in several bands and gained the experience to create a liveshow that pulls audiences in and leaves them wanting more. Recently cast as the lead role of Effie White in StageArt's Australian Premier of Dreamgirls, her onstage presence is "worth the ticket price just to witness the soaringvoice and audacious performance" – Herbert, Herald Sun.

Citing Jill Scott and Alicia Keys as major influences,Thando's electronic take on R&B ballads compliment "evocative songwriting that has placed her in a league all her own,"- Ms Hennesey SpeaksBlog.
