This exhibition celebrates the artist’s love of live music through a selection of paintings, drawings, and ceramic hand-formed sculptures created over the last few years. In this work, he takes a whimsical and comical approach in depicting musical instruments, musicians, and audience members. The energetic use of colour and line reflects the energy and emotions that can be experienced by both the performers and their audiences.
