The original Small Town Alien Jack Hookey (guitar/vocals) is joined by the consummate professionals David Wise (bass/vocals) and Willem Ayamiseba (drums) for a sonic journey of epic proportions; all the while sitting in a luxurious leather sofa. This will be their final Smith's Alternative show of 2021, so come down to watch a band of talented extra-terrestrials say goodbye to one of the weirdest years in recent memory. There will be laughs, cries, yips of ecstatic bliss, existential philosophy, jarring non-sequiturs and engrossing, Woodstock-esque jam sessions. Also featuring singer-songwriter Ruby Donnelly on vocals and 4 notes of trumpet. 

Small Town Alien will be supported by Ali Bryant, one of Canberra's finest up-and-coming singer-songwriters. Don't let his youth fool you; Ali can channel ancient wisdom well beyond his 18 years on the planet.
