23 Sampaguita is an Artist collective and creative space located in Baguio and Canberra. The collective focuses on indigenous culture and art advocacy.

Pagsibol (to spring or to sprout) is the title of the arts festival that becomes the official launch of the creative space situated on the outskirts of the UNESCO Creative City of Baguio.

Pagsibol comes to Canberra as 23 Sampaguita celebrate the new beginning by showing a selection of films from the Montanosa Film Festival.

The short films showcase the filmmaking talent of the Cordilleran region. Each of the selected films received awards in this year's Montanosa Film Festival.
