There is nothing quite like Just Us Tango in Canberra. With Argentine roots, nimble fingers, and classical training, this quintet knows how tango music should sound.

On Friday the 5th of July, at every good Canberrans’ home-away-from-home, the Smiths Alternative, they’ll be playing an evening of jazzy, electrifying and intense music. The kind of music that goes in your ears and sticks in your heart.

The quintet is polished and ready to play: Rodolfo Caivano on bandoneon, Danilo Rojas on piano, and Diego Neder on bass, Helena Popovic on violin and Charles Hudson supplying some exquisite vocals. They’ll be dishing up the classics of the genre between 7 and 9 pm.
