It makes sense to launch our debut album at Smith's. The band members met at Smith's a few years back, we honed our performance craft up on stage as Bungers (and then Double Bungers) developing our unique style of ‘Canberricana’ music. So here we are with our very first release ‘Teacup In A Storm’. 

Recorded at Head Gap Studios in Preston, we’re ready to put on a great night of entertainment of original music with harmony vocals, instrumental combinations, beautiful arrangements and storytelling through song. 

In 2022 Coolibah Coolective’s songwriters (Joanne Craigie & Paul Marsh) reached the semi-finals in the Tamworth Country Music Songwriting Competition with four of their songs. In 2020 the band won the Australian National Busking Championships - Community Music Award. 

The launch will feature special guest performers Damon Cartledge from Working Guitars in Melbourne and cellist Jasmine Fellows.
