From the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, the Whitetop Mountaineers, Martha Spencer and Jackson Cunningham, are skilled multi-instrumentalists on guitar, fiddle, banjo & mandolin, performing authentic Old-Time American mountain music.

They are also strong vocal performers, whose close harmonies are indicative of the Old-Time and Bluegrass traditions from which they draw their repertoire.

They've toured Australia for ten of the past fifteen years, where they've stunned and delighted audiences at festivals and venues across the country with their performance of American mountain music, song & dance.

In addition to being a talented musician & singer, Martha is also an exceptional dancer and teacher of the art of Appalachian dance, while Jackson is a highly skilled luthier, with his beautiful hand crafted fiddles and guitars in high demand.
