Dear friends, family and Canberra folk:
M(el)(oving)

We’re very grateful to be a playing farewell gig at Smiths, (the heart of Canberra) to see CBR off (the heart of the nation) before we move to Melbourne to continue our studies in jazz.

Come along for a drink, a hang and a (loose) groove to our favourite swingers, boppers and bangers from 1940s jazz- today, as well as some of our very own original tunes

Mood: Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Wayne shorter, Walter smith, Charles Mingus, Miles davis, Cannonball Adderly, Herbie hancock, Cole porter

joined by our dear friends from ANU, the Gravy Trane and Loose Units:
Alex wanjura (drums)
Hugh magri-bull (drums)
Caleb campbell (piano)
Dylan Slater (electric guitar)
Jack Smythe (electric bass)
Isaac Said (upright bass)

All proceeds go towards funding a fridge

Ps: items for the fridge are also welcomed eg bananas carrots and cucumbers.

See you there!
