After a five-year hiatus from touring, Australian singer-songwriter Holly ‘Cookie’ Baker is making a triumphant return to the stage with her 17-date Where Do You Go In The Winter? Aotearoa/New Zealand and Australian tour.

Raised on a coastal farm in rural South Australia and now based on Kaurna land, Cookie has built a loyal following for her lyrically rich alt-country folk and dreamy pop sound. Known for her sparkling vocals, poetic grit, and dynamic storytelling, Cookie has toured with Mick Thomas, recorded with Tim Rogers, and shared the stage with icons like Neko Case, Kate Miller-Heidke, and Jen Cloher. After focusing on songwriting and creative producing in recent years, 2025 marks a fresh chapter for Cookie — one rooted in patience, intimacy, and community.

“This tour is really about reconnecting — with the music, with the audience, and with the kind of intimate, soul-nourishing shows that made me fall in love with performing in the first place," says Cookie. ‘In a time when so much feels fast and fleeting, I’m craving the slow magic of small rooms and real moments.”

The excellent Terry Serio is joining Cookie for this show.
