The course is designed for guitarists who have never encountered fingerstyle and classical guitar, as well as for those who already have experience in these areas. In this workshop, sequentially and progressively, topics will include simple folk accompaniment, arrangements of well-known jazz and pop songs, pieces and techniques in classical as well as Spanish/South American styles, up to groovy compositions in open tunings and percussive techniques. The guitar workshop is open for all ages & skill levels - please bring your own guitar, tuner, music stand & joy of playing!

Depending on individual needs, instruction can be provided either in standard notation or tablature.

Open to beginners and advanced players with an interest in accompaniment as well as solo playing, this course develops, expands, and combines fundamental and newly discovered guitar techniques, broadening your versatility. Topics range from timing, pulse, sound, and phrasing to exploring percussive sounds and integrating them into arrangements that are suitable for all skill levels, from simple to very advanced. This workshop provides tools and ideas that you can freely incorporate into your own playing, allowing your unique style to emerge with a bit of courage and lots of creativity. Additionally, individual technical and ergonomic tips will be offered in a respectful manner, and all questions and wishes will be taken into account. Let’s create something new together!
