Kelly Day and Jane Hendry are Broads. With a celebrated EP under their belt, a list of collaborators including Big Smoke, Cash Savage and Henry Wagons, and a live show just as hypnotic in intimate Melbourne venues as on the festival stages of Boogie, Woodford and Cygnet, Broads are a band continually escalating their creative powers.

Now hitting the road in support of “Nod Off, Dream”, the first single from their long anticipated album Vacancy (due out early 2017), Broads will be backed for the first time by a crack band including members of Big Smoke and Wallflower.

NOD OFF, DREAM

The first single from the eagerly anticipated full-length album is “Nod Off, Dream”. A showcase of lush vocals, this twisted lullaby has one foot in reality and the other firmly planted in the dark subconscious. Featuring a full band including Alex O’Gorman on bass, Sarah Galdes on drums and a full complement of dreamy backing vocals, ‘Nod Off, Dream’ is Broads as you have never heard them before.
