Join us at Smith’s Alternative on Saturday 31 October for an afternoon of chamber pop and Australian folk.

Travelling from the Gold Coast, POST are Finnish-Australian singer-songwriter Esther Bertram and UK-born cellist Alasdair Henry. Built from voice, guitar, cello and stomp, their original songs move between close, quiet passages and big choruses with dark edges. Two musicians, playing live, with plenty of room for the unexpected.

Kate Burke brings vivid storytelling and decades of experience in Australian folk, including her work with The New Graces and Kate Burke & Ruth Hazleton. Her debut solo album, Familiar, produced by Shane Nicholson, explores landscape, memory and human connection through finely drawn original songs.
