Local Ngunnawal/Nambri country (Canberra) poet and writer Lucy Alexander will be reading from her collection Circuit, conceived on Yuin Country while participating in ANU environment studio’s ‘Sharing Stories’ program. The poems were projected as part of the exhibition of works in February 2026. Lucy is a resident at Ainslie+Gorman Arts Central, and her two latest books, Equations of Breath and Strokes of Light, were published by Recent Works Press.

Winner of two international poetry competitions and the Launceston Cup, Ross Donlon has published eight books of poetry, one of ghazals, another of tanka. He has read at festivals in Australia, Ireland, England & Scotland as well as readings in Norway, Romania & Poland. Lately returned from Norway and the launch of Writing on Wild Water, where he collaborated with Bjorn Otto Wallevik, as lyricist, Ross will shortly return to Scotland to feature at Wee Gaitherin', a three-day poetry festival. Ross has convened readings in Castlemaine for over 20 years, currently on zoom as Poetry from Agitation Hill, across Australia and into the UK.
