A multi-instrumentalist of Australian and Canadian descent, Steve Read is embarking on his own project reflecting on time spent living in both hemispheres. Following the release of his first album ‘I’ in December of 2023, Steve Read will be unpacking these songs as a singer and guitarist, combining Melbourne-influenced grooves with a love for Canadian folk music. 

Pulling in a band of jazz musicians to accompany, this evening will allow an exploration of these songs with new arrangements designed for a live, acoustic context.
