Every now and again a few of Canberra's punkrocknroll reptiles put on a gig that acknowledges Frank Mills, a true character who was a part of Canberra's underground music scene for decades until his passing in 2018.

In the 1980s Frank played bass with punk outfit Third Detail and later appeared as Franjo the Impaler with psycho-Slavic band Mudrac. In more recent years he was a driving force behind cosmic country conspirators The Gilded Palace of Sin. When not playing bass Frank led the way at countless gigs, dancing with joy and abandon to the music he loved.

For this show Tippi Hedren Collider will appear for the first time with their analogue synthetic black noise. According to a Collider..."It's pretty weird. Francis would have got it."

IL Bruto pay tribute to many of the bands Frank loved - The Dictators, The Stooges, MC5, Radio Birdman, Thirteenth Floor Elevators... alumni assemble!
