Blues powerhouse Moondog performs solo as a one-man band or front-man of the Moondog Blues Band. He's a master of the blues harmonica and a formidable guitarist with a vocal tone that is reminiscent of a bygone musical era. He shares songs and stories of his many journeys into the heartland of the Blues, where he spent over 10 years frequenting/ performing in every Juke joint, speak easy and Blues bar from Chicago through to St Louis, Memphis, Mississippi, New Orleans, Nashville and parts of Texas. In 2015 he represented Bridgetown Blues at the annual International Blues Challenge in Memphis TN and in 2016 he performed at Chicago Bluesfest in the Windy City Blues Society stage.

Val Moogz is a prolific and passionate songwriter, drawing upon diverse musical influences ranging from Patti Smith’s powerful rock poetry, to Bill Withers’ great songs of soul, to the acoustic surf pop lullabies of Jack Johnson. A self-proclaimed lover of life, nature and people, Val Moogz draws inspiration from their daily encounters and the beautiful surroundings of the South Coast of NSW to create relatable, heartfelt tunes for everyone. Following a beautiful debut tour in celebration of single 'The Sea' released in 2022, Val Moogz is set to hit the road for a run of solo shows as part of their Winter Warmers sessions, performing across NSW and the ACT. This performance will feature a handful of new works by Val Moogz, including some songs involving live looping.
