Miah Aplin is a 23 year old singer-songwriter from Nipaluna/Hobart. After years cutting her teeth busking locally as a small child she has blossomed into a potent storyteller and fierce live performer.

Miah combines Missy Higgins and Eloise influences, letting intricate and emotional harmony breathe in concise and classic singer songwriter/pop contexts. Miah is excited to be playing this intimate solo show, sharing songs from her upcoming debut album for the first time to a Canberra audience.

Small town Gamilaroi girl from Moree, NSW, Rochelle Roberts learned her first chord from her father at 10 and wrote her first song at 13. Rochelle has grown up in a musical family, playing shows from a young age alongside her sister, but recently decided to pursue her own music career. Influenced by folk sounds blended with a little pop and country, she has released 3 singles and is always working on more. Now based on Ngunnawal Land in Canberra, she explores the various sounds of music to find inspiration for her next song.
