Local favourites HYG are back with the first release of 2023. ‘Tunnel Vision’ is full of the meditative, off-kilter grooves and full-bodied textures that have come to define the band’s sound, and what better way to celebrate its release than a late-night Friday night reclining on the lounges at Smith’s Alternative. With a captivating live show honed over the past year with a slew of interstate performances, HYG continue to show why they’re regarded as one of the most exciting bands Canberra has to offer.
