Join us for an afternoon of stories, poetry and music, to raise funds to help support families who have recently arrived as refugees in Canberra from Afghanistan. They have left everything behind to start again, and some still have family members trapped in Afghanistan, unable to earn a living.

Performers will include:
- poets Hangama Obaidullah, Wafa Rahman and Shazia Rahman, sharing poetry and stories of their experiences leaving Afghanistan
- Strange Weather Choir and the PNG Peroveta Singers, uplifting us with songs of care and hope
- Music from Joel Hollands
Plus artwork and handcrafts will be for sale at the show.

Entry is by donation from $5. The suggested donation for waged supporters is $20.

To attend: Buy a $5 entry ticket, plus donation tickets that total  your additional payment (eg. $5 entry plus $15 donation of 3 x $5 donation tickets)

If you are unable to attend, but want to contribute, purchase $5 donation tickets  to total the amount you wish to donate.
