Welcome to Schmith’s Schticks, Canberra’s newest comedy open mic night, at Smith’s Alternative. Entry is free. Exit is also free. It is a great place for newcomers to give their first performance or persuade your friends to perform. Enjoy each performance with a coffee, tea, wine, beer, cider, spirit, cocktail, brownie, pack of chips, bruschetta, cheese platter, sneaky joint etc. etc. With such an eclectic mixture of books (actually not many books), art, food and drinks, performers, and Smith’s eccentric regulars, time becomes irrelevant as you relax in a chair and enjoy the casual laughs.

Starts at 7pm, goes til 9pm, the first Sunday of each month.
