ANA KEY

From Sydney, Singer-Songwriter Ana Key is presenting the latest songs from her ‘Famous in my Kitchen’ album including ‘Tell Your Wife’ and ‘Media Lies’.

She is joined by Ann Brita Nilsson on keys and vocals and Asha Aeon on percussion including washboard and thimbles. With great melodies and biting lyrics this trio creates the humorous and poignant performance that is well worth seeing.

Ana Key has five albums of music produced by Davis Jade Sparx. The song Breath, taken from Famous in My Kitchen won second prize in the ‘Clubjumpers’ song contest, 2015. 

ANN BRITA NILSSON

Ann Brita Nilsson is a singer/songwriter and kinesiologist who released her debut album Heart Of The Mountain in 2015. She has a truckload of album projects ready to go. Along with her fabulous keyboards, comes the newest addition of a pram complete with baby.  Now she has all the rock and roll accessories to really succeed.  She writes songs often as a form of self therapy so they might not be the ones that make the whole world sing but those special individuals who can resonate with the spooky, eerie, often mystical and ambiguous meanings contained therein.  Some of the songs are about love, restlessness, personal crises and a combo of all of that good stuff. Asked to describe her sound she says alternative pop, ethereal rock, dreamy and poignant. Fun and philosophical too.
