Melbourne band Last Leaves release their long-anticipated debut album Other Towns Than Ours with a short east coast tour.

Formed from the scattered remains of The Lucksmiths, Last Leaves combine songwriter Marty Donald’s lyrical sleight-of-hand with the jangle and racket of his former band mates Louis Richter and Mark Monnone, and drummer Noah Symons of Great Earthquake-fame.

Joining Last Leaves will be American indiepop heroes Math & Physics Club on their first-ever Australian tour, performing songs from their three studio albums and the new singles-and-rarities collection In This Together, all released on legendary Californian imprint Matinée Recordings. Opening the evening will be ace Canberra locals Territory.

Last Leaves’ debut album Other Towns Than Ours will be released on October 13 through Lost And Lonesome.
