This vinyl release is a compilation of Kim’s personal stories from her debut EP Ocean of Mind (2019) and 2nd EP Brave (2021) recorded locally at Amberly Studios and co-produced with producer Guy Lilleyman.  From pure acoustic songs to fully produced studio tracks, this vinyl record showcases Kim’s artistic journey. Kim has not only grown into a recognisable name in Canberra, but also built a musical community around her with local fellow musicians.

Writing music on love, death and mental health issues with evocative lyrics, Kim’s ethereal blend of sounds balances delicately between vulnerability and power.

Between 2019 and 2022, Kim went on tour for her EP releases and sold out shows at festivals, she also performed alongside APRA and ARIA awarded artists such as Fanny Lumsden, Stiff Gins, Josh Pyke and Ben Lee. Her releases receive regular air plays on national and community radio stations around Australia.

While releasing music during COVID lockdowns, Kim received various grants to produce her 2nd EP Brave, the music video, and an upcoming self-produced music project. Kim is one of the mentees of Women in Music Mentor Program for the Australian Independent Record Labels Association (AIR)
