HEKKA is a piano/bass/drums unit that seeks to work outside it's own loaded parameters. They play songs and songs within those songs and songs within those songs within songs. They deconstruct the piano trio idiom with meticulous composition and genre-spanning improvisations. Beauty is clarity and communication is always key.
