Cameron Jones is musician who draws inspiration from the driving rhythms and melodic honesty of gypsy jazz guitar. He performs regularly with prominent Sydney bands; The Spyglass Gypsies and Gadjo Guitars and is also the Creative Director of the Brisbane based OzManouche Festival. In this rare solo outing, Cameron will be joined by the Gypsyjazz Project’s, Sverre Molland on guitar and Anthony Irving on Double Bass.Soak in the atmosphere of 1930's Paris when Canberra’s own, The Gypsy Jazz Project meets The Cameron Jones Trio at Smith’s Alternative on Saturday 28th April. 

The Gypsy Jazz Project is a Canberra based quartet playing Gypsy Jazz in the style of Django Reinhardt. Featuring Sverre Molland and Bruce Rose on Guitars, Ben Phillips on violin and Anthony Irving on Double Bass the Gypsy Jazz Project plays swinging Gypsy Jazz that will bring a smile to your dial and a get your feet tapping.
