Eamon Dilworth (Tijuana Cartel, Ed Kuepper, Low Down Riders) presents music from his new release - VIATA. A pensive soundtrack capturing the mood to life experiences inspired by a trip to Romania, The experience of encountering a new city with a different way of life, morales and stories. Viata means “Life” in Romanian, in terms of how we continue to exist and simply be. Learning to live with ourselves as we are.

“The trip opened me up to consider who I am, where I come from & how I deal with experiences and challenges.. My musical output changed from this day to seek a deeper connection through my music and performance leading me to attempt to create soundtracks for my challenges in coming into adulthood.”

This concert features:

Hugh Barrett - Piano
Carl Morgan - Guitar
Hannah James Music - Bass
Paul Derricott - Drums
Eamon Dilworth - Trumpet

“Exquisite… in reaching into himself and finding ways to express what he finds there in music, he has found a voice at once entirely individual and yet, universal.”  – John Hardaker, Wordsaboutmusic

“The outcome of his reflective and mystical notions is a beautiful album that should bring some well-deserved recognition.” – Karl Ackermann, All About Jazz

“There are plenty of fine trumpeters in the world, but Eamon Dilworth’s own place in it stands distinctive” – Barry O’Sullivan, Presenter of A Jazz Hour - Fine Music 102.5fm
