Touring their much anticipated debut single, Green Eyed, Sydney band Down The Middle bring their engaging and energetic live set to Canberra and Smith’s Alternative for the second time this year with support from local bands Betty Alto and House of Strangers.

Drawing influences from international acts such as The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys and The National, as well as locals The Preatures, Violent Soho, and Smith Street Band - Down The Middle combine classic rock 'n' roll with soaring pop melodies, powerful guitars and a driving rhythm section. No strangers to the live stage, the band have gigged heavily in early 2018, honing their sound and building a loyal following in the Inner-west of Sydney. Green Eyed will be available on all major streaming platforms after March 9th.

Joining them are favourites of the Canberra music scene, Betty Alto, ready to serve you their original blend of upbeat pop and rock that has seen them share the stage with many notable artists including Chris Issak and Augie March, and perform at countless festivals including the Woodford Folk Festival and the Canberra Enlighten Festival. Defined by their dual female lead singers, upbeat attitudes and massive dual-guitar sound, you won't be disappointed!

Opening up the night will be House of Strangers who, on the back of success with their debut EP Love Your Disease, will blow your mind with their sweet harmonies and tempt your body with their psychedelic groove.
