Canberra needs a jazz festival and Smith's is going to give it a red hot go. With dual headliners Vince Jones and The Vampires augmented by a who's who of the incredible (previously somewhat secretive) local jazz scene, this is a weekend for both the Canberra jazz true believers and for those ready to be converted.

Can Canberra Jazz? Yes we can! We jazz; hard, fun, fast and furious. Trad, contemporary, standard and free. Gypsy, stride, bluesy and original, old, young and in-between. We draw heavily upon the staff and former students of the former Canberra School of Music.

Join us for a full weekend of jazz across three venues; non-stop, early afternoon to late at night. Be there or bebop!
