Brendan Keller-Tuberg is a bassist and composer from Canberra. Having graduated from the ANU in 2018, he has established himself as a regular performer in the region. In March 2020 he returned to Australia after completing a masters degree in Jazz Studies from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music - and having performed with Emmet Cohen, Walter Smith III, Dayna Stephens, Greg Ward, John Raymond and many others.

This performance sees the debut of a new band jointly led by Brendan and Canberra's jazz guitar stalwart Victor Rufus. Joined by Wilbur Whitta (piano) and Rhys Lintern (drums), they will be presenting a slew of original music - consisting both of old favourites, and all-new, previously unperformed works. Come prepared for a special evening of historically informed and conceptually sophisticated, yet personal and intimate contemporary jazz.
