The Gypsy Jazz Project is a Canberra based quartet playing Gypsy Jazz in the style of Django. Django Reinhardt was a Belgian Sinto jazz guitarist and composer, one of the first prominent jazz musicians to be born in Europe and the original creator of the Gypsy Jazz (sometimes called ‘hot club’ jazz) guitar style.

Featuring Sverre Molland and Bruce Rose on Guitars, Ben Phillips on violin and Anthony Irving on Double Bass the Gypsy Jazz Project plays swinging Gypsy Jazz that will bring a smile to your dial, get your hands clapping and your feet tapping.
