ANTI GUITAR TRIO
Not to be confused with Anti Kiedis Trio or Anthony Albanese Trio, THE Anti Guitar Trio is a three-piece acoustic guitar group featuring members of Anti Guitar Trio. Primarily motivated by fetishistic antagonism of (and disregard for their own standing in) Sydney’s music community, the group also expresses shades of Robert Fripp, King Crimson, Steve Reich, John Zorn’s Masada and closeted heavy metal fanaticism.

Fabulous Contraption are a living, breathing machine constructed from modern jazz, experimental metal and progressive rock. Their music moves from slick and streamlined to primordial chaos, from calmly hypnotic grooves to frenetic punk chaos. You’ll hear soaring solos, open-structured improvisations, intricate synthesiser and guitar lines, dirty grooves, and all manner of metric mayhem.
