Hosted by lovable local rockstar, Pete Lyon, the three part show opens with a proven emerging talent and progresses to a headline set from a higher profile established favourite. Most acts are local, but it’s pretty Canberra to welcome visitors too, right.

The Bottlebrushes are Local Gold! Fronted by the lilting-sweet vocals and guitar of Oakelani (we will try to find out if that’s her real name on the night) this talented, young alt-country-folk four piece has strung together a number of quality gigs since they formed just over a year ago. They look set to become darlings of the festival circuit…so come see them now before they get away!

Nick Delatovic is Local Gold! He will play exactly four songs about insomnia.

Jimmy McGrath is Local Gold but he’s often out of town touring as a country-folk singer-songwriter. Experiencing a Jimmy McGrath performance feels like sitting down with an old friend, where every lyric and melody resonates like a memory. He recently took out a top ten spot in the Toyota ‘Best of the buskers championship’ at Tamworth, and was crowned the ‘Todays country 94.1 Brand new star’ in April 2025.
